About Mrs. ConklinI am very excited to once again be working with students and families at Perry Elementary. The 2019- 2020 school year will be my twenty-third year teaching; my fifteenth year teaching Reading at Perry Elementary. Previous to being a Rambler, I taught a variety of elementary grades, some years with multi-age configurations. In addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Education, I also have a Master's Degree in Literacy Education. I am located in Room 22, directly across from the library. Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions, concerns or to set up a time to review your child's progress and Title I supplementary instruction. 517-625-1222 [email protected] |

Rambler Reading Rally is supplementary reading instruction for all students at Perry Elementary. Based on individual needs, students receive intervention, benchmark, or enrichment instruction. Students receive this instruction in a group setting with other learners of similar needs. Instruction may be provided by a Title I Reading Teacher, classroom teacher, or specials teacher. Rambler Reading Rally takes place four days a week for thirty to forty-five minutes a day, depending on grade level. At times students may receive individual reading intervention. These individual sessions are 10- 20 minutes, four days a week. |
